Emerald brochures

the challenge

Long standing client, JLL South Africa, required a high end corporate brochure (or more closely, an investment memorandum) produced to sell two luxury resorts based on the island of Zanzibar. While they were being marketed as one, they both required a brochure each. The brochures needed to reflect one as the more luxury option and the other as high end but not quite as luxurious as the other. Aside from the challenge of designing two beautiful bespoke brochures, we also were faced with the challenge of staying focused while looking a stunning photographs!

the concept

The resorts could speak for themselves through their stunning photography and gorgeous locations. However, to sell them the brochures also needed to say beautiful but also tropical and luxurious. We aimed to keep the tropical theme through use of teals and aquas, while introducing luxury through white and golds.

the finish

Each brochure had it's own pattern, we kept one of more tropical and floral using a leafy fruit salad leaf design to signify the lesser of the two. The other also utilised a floral theme but in an African textile style. We produced maps and reproduced floor plans for each of the resorts. Each brochure finished with a stunning look that we think would help most people buy up these properties!
