the challenge
Our client Cushman & Wakefield are a global property investment firm who regularly request high end interactive brochure type documents. This property was a distinctive and striking red and orange office in the heart of Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The challenge was to create an equally striking and slick interactive brochure for their marketing and selling campaign.
the concept
Rotterdam has a fast paced office market, with unique architecture being built everywhere and a vibrant city culture. The aim of the brochure was to create something that reflected the speed, the reflection of light on windows and the impressive design of the highlighted building.
the finish
The brochure design incorporates lots of the bold colour and mimics the horizontal geometry of the building exterior. While the horizontal lines of the cover, and throughout, aim to reflect the fast moving skyline of Rotterdam's office districts and architecture.
