Working with JLL, Tiny was asked to create a new investment memorandum design which was fully interactive based on the images and preliminary name. Due to the high profile position of the property (on Kalverstraat, one of Amsterdam's major high street locations), the IM required an air of sophistication. It also needed to reflect the rare opportunity this investment provided – the family who owned the address had owned it for nearly a century.
The overall design incorporated the regal colouring of gold, white and purple to reflect it's high status. The logo itself was conceived by following the architectural facade of the building and converting it into sophisticated crown motif. The design also included the use of a serif font to help provide more elegance to titles throughout the artwork.
Including three dimensional map design, multi-layered effects by way of a textured background and maintaining elegance throughout, the final interactive product provided a refined IM for JLL to send out to prospective investors. A suitably high-end look and feel to such a prestigious location within Amsterdam.
